If Bluetooth isn't available, students can use Manual Entry â they exercise vigorously for 30 seconds, count their pulse (10-second count à 6), and enter the number. A reading of 120+ BPM completes the mission. You can also lower the target by editing requiredBPM:120 in the game file.

ANIMAL MOVEMENT GUIDE FOR STUDENTS
ðļ Frog Jump: Stand in front of the Chromebook camera. Squat ALL the way down (hips low), then jump up as high as you can. Repeat. Squat = DOWN, Jump = UP, landing = 1 rep.
ð Chicken Dance: Bend both elbows and bring your hands to your armpits. Flap elbows UP above your shoulders, then back DOWN. One flap = 1 rep. Camera needs to see your upper body.
ðŧ Bear Crawl: Get on your hands and feet (not knees!). Crawl forward toward the camera until your nose is very low in the frame, then stand back up. Down + up = 1 rep. Stand close enough that the camera can see you crawl.
ð Heart Rate: If using Bluetooth, pair a Polar H10 or similar chest/wrist HRM. If no sensor, students can use Manual Entry â exercise vigorously for 30 seconds then count pulse at wrist for 10 seconds à 6.
